    Senior Recruitment Manager, IT & Change Management Desk

Recruiting from seven International offices and operating across several sectors; Insurance, Legal, Financial Services, Finance and Accounting.

    This is an outstanding opportunity to head up the IT & Change Management Recruitment Desk where you can use your initiative to innovate and lead the IT strategy for the business.

    The Role:
    • Develop and maintain your own desk and team
    • Work with blue-chip London-based clients to find solutions to their permanent and contract needs for their BA/PM and Technology based roles,
    • Help to differentiate IPS Group from our competitors by providing an exceptional experience for all candidates that meet us
    • Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates to fulfil the requirements of client briefs
    • Identify new business opportunities

    Skills and Experience Required:
    • Experience recruiting for Professional Services within the IT & Change industry sector
    • Prior management or deputising/mentoring experience
    • Confident and persuasive communicator
    • Demonstratable questioning and listening skills
    • Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
    • Tenacious and resilient
    • Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
