My client, a top 100 Law firm are looking to recruit RTA Fast Track fee earners for their Leeds office. The role is to to support the expanding RTA litigation department.
Role Overview
You will handle a caseload of predominantly Litigated RTA Claims to settlement on behalf of key insurer clients and large corporate risk clients.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a RTA Fast Track Fee Earner who can demonstrate:
- Sound and practical experience of handling litigated RTA files is essential, with evidence of managing your own case load.
- Able to recognise cases with a technical bias, e.g. whether the Insurer is a contractual Insurer, RTA Insurer, or Article 75 Insurer, and what actions are required if the policyholder is a Claimant and there is a counterclaim to be pursued.
- Experience of dealing with credit hire claims
- Experience of MOJ/OIC processes at all stages
- Ability to work as part of a Team
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
