As part of investment into the growth of our IT Change & Transformation Desk, we are seeking an ambitious consultant who want to play a key role in developing this desk. What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Consultant recruiting into the Professional Services industry, ideally Insurance
- Experience in recruiting IT & Change Management roles
- Strong Insurance network across IT & Change Management
- Successful at carrying out own BD
- An ability to multitask
- Confident and persuasive communicator
- Demonstratable questioning and active listening skills
- Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
- Tenacious and resilient
