A leading insurance business have an opportunity for a talented candidate with customer facing experience to join their Knowledge Management Team as a Knowledge Management & Process Consultant.
In this role you will be responsible for the creation of content published via the Knowledge Management System (KMS) within Bold 360. You will assess existing, and produce new, process maps and knowledge information and convert that into content that is suitable to be published by the KMS.
We are looking to speak to candidates who have a decent amount of technical management experience who is familiar with the content management system. Customer facing experience is key as you will be managing a knowledge base that is customer facing.
An understanding of various file types, experience of HTML, Excel (VLOOKUP’s, ability to manipulate data). UX testing and MS Stream experience would also be a massive bonus.
We are looking for a candidate who can “hit the ground running” and not have to learn all the technical elements from scratch, someone who has the technical ability but is also great with people.
