A personal injury solicitor is required by this national law firm to join a team specialising in dealing with defendant casualty work based out of its Manchester office.
Role Overview
Sitting within a healthcare team rather than a personal injury team you will work alongside an experienced partner on a wide variety of litigated cases. It is a mix of EL and PL work for healthcare provider clients.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking and solicitor with the following experience/characteristics:
- Qualified solicitor.
- Experience in EL/PL related personal injury work is essential. Those with only claimant experience will be considered.
- Practical experience of handling a litigated caseload from start to trial.
